About the Role
We are seeking a
dynamic and creative professional
for the position of
Event & PR Communication
to lead our
event planning, branding, and public relations initiatives.
This role involves
strategizing, executing, and optimizing marketing and PR campaigns
while ensuring seamless event execution to strengthen
brand visibility, partnerships, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Event Management
Plan, organize, and execute
corporate events, conferences, networking sessions, and exhibitions.
Develop
event strategies and concepts
aligned with organizational objectives and brand identity.
Secure and manage
sponsorships, vendors, and event partners.
Oversee
logistics, budgeting, timelines, and on-site coordination.
Ensure smooth delivery of all event components and handle
post-event reporting and analysis.
Marketing & Branding
Develop and execute
marketing strategies
to promote events and enhance brand presence.
Manage
digital marketing campaigns
, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
Collaborate with the design team to produce
brochures, flyers, and visual materials.
Build relationships with
media outlets, influencers, and PR agencies
to secure event coverage.
Monitor
market trends and competitor activities
to adapt and refine marketing strategies.
Public Relations & Communications
Create and implement
PR strategies
to position the organization positively in the market.
Draft and distribute
press releases, newsletters, and media statements.
Maintain strong connections with
journalists, media partners, and public institutions.
Manage
internal and external communications
to ensure message consistency.
Represent the organization in
media engagements, business forums, and public events.
Partnership Development & Stakeholder Relations
Serve as the
primary point of contact
for sponsors, members, and strategic partners.
Develop and maintain
long-term partnerships
to drive mutual growth.
Strengthen engagement within the CEO Clubs community through
relationship-building and follow-ups.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Minimum
5 years' experience
in event management, marketing, or public relations.
Demonstrated success in
planning and executing corporate events
and
managing PR campaigns.
Strong understanding of
digital marketing, branding, and media engagement.
Excellent
leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to
multi-task, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
Experience with
CRM systems, PR tools, and marketing analytics platforms
is a plus.
