Role and Responsibilities: The Customer Delight team at Hafla handles all of Hafla customer and their event request - this ranges from corporate event requirements (family days, product launches, board meeting, team building, etc.) to end-to-end consumer events (such as weddings, baby showers, anniversary celebrations). Understand the detailed client requirements for each event
Help plan the event with attention to any financial and time constraints that the client may have
Research vendors (catering, decorators, musicians etc.) and choose the best combination of quality and cost
Negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favorable terms
Creating scope of work and quotation for client
Manage clients and supplier\xe2\x80\x99s expectation
Do final checks at the day of the event
Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems
Requirements and Skills:
Proven experience as an event coordinator and organizing successful events
Excellent communication and client handling skills - this role will directly interface with all of Hafla\xe2\x80\x99s clients
Excellent vendor management skills - explaining vendor requirements, setting quality and service expectations, negotiating prices, and ensuring delivery of requirements as per commitments (all this while building a long term relationship with these vendors)
Extremely well-organized with great multi-tasking skills and the ability remain calm in pressure situations
Great problem-solving ability
Proficient in MS Office
Degree in hospitality management, public relations or relevant field (preferred)
