Job Description
We are looking for a talented
Event Planner
who can create stylish, well-executed, and memorable events from concept to completion. If you are creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional experiences -- we want you on our team.Responsibilities:
Develop event concepts, themes, and creative ideas Coordinate with vendors (decor, AV, venues, catering, entertainment, etc.) Plan and manage event budgets Oversee timelines, logistics, and project execution Communicate with clients and understand their needs Prepare event schedules, layouts, and presentations Ensure high quality execution and handle on-site coordination
Requirements:
1-3+ years of experience in event planning Strong organizational and multitasking skills Creativity and attention to detail Knowledge of the Dubai event market is a plus Fluent English (Arabic is an advantage) Ability to perform well under pressure and maintain premium service
