Job Description
Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and execute high-end property events, open houses, and client engagement activities. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to design event strategies that generate leads and boost brand visibility. Manage event budgets, vendors, venues, and logistics. Coordinate VIP experiences for clients, brokers, and partners. Ensure seamless execution from concept to completion with attention to detail and creativity.
Requirements:
Proven experience in event planning, luxury events, or real estate marketing (UAE experience preferred). Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills. Creative mindset with a strong understanding of branding and client engagement. Ability to work under pressure and deliver premium experiences.
