We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented
Office Event Planner
to coordinate the operational and logistical aspects of our international football and sports events. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing itineraries, managing accommodation and transport bookings, and ensuring that all event logistics run efficiently, on budget, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities-
Develop and maintain detailed event itineraries for teams, staff, and VIP guests.
Manage Excel-based schedules, flight plans, and daily activity trackers with precision.
Coordinate hotel bookings according to group requirements (rooming lists, meal plans, facilities).
Arrange flights and transfers across multiple airlines and destinations.
Oversee budget management, ensuring cost control and accuracy in all financial tracking.
Communicate professionally with teams, partners, suppliers, and hotels.
Support the logistics team on-site when needed to ensure smooth event delivery.
Prepare internal reports and documentation related to travel, accommodation, and itineraries.
Required Skills and Experience-
Advanced Excel skills (formulas, data organisation, conditional formatting, pivot tables).
Experience in event operations, travel management, or sports logistics.
Excellent time management, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines without supervision.
Preferred (Not Essential)
Previous experience working in international events or with sports teams.
Ability to travel and work on-site at global events.
Schengen visa or ability to obtain one easily.
