. We're looking for a reliable and proactive

Event Operator

to ensure flawless event delivery and client satisfaction across all our catering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the

onsite delivery and supervision

of events to guarantee smooth execution and high service standards Act as the main point of contact for clients during events, ensuring a professional and confident presence Attend

site visits

with the sales team to assess venues, layouts, and client requirements Liaise closely with kitchen and logistics teams to coordinate timings, deliveries, and setups Assist with the

training and management

of part-time event staff, ensuring performance aligns with company standards Provide support in both

office-based planning

and

on-the-ground execution

Lead by example in maintaining a high level of service, presentation, and problem-solving

Requirements:

Experience in event operations, hospitality, or catering--preferably in high-end or corporate settings Strong communication and organisational skills Hands-on and adaptable with the ability to manage teams and handle high-pressure situations Comfortable working flexible hours including evenings and weekends Excellent coordination skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with kitchen, logistics, and client teams Previous experience in staff supervision and client management

UAE driver's license and own car
