Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic

Event Marketing Specialist

to drive attendance for our worldwide events, with a focus on increasing footfall in the event. The ideal candidate must be a creative, data-driven marketer with expertise in both digital and offline channels, and a proven ability to plan, promote, and optimize campaigns that attract targeted audiences and deliver strong ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies to promote global events, especially across the GCC region. Collaborate with event production teams to define target audiences and craft compelling messaging. Manage campaigns across email, social media, paid ads, SEO, PR, and influencer outreach. Build media and partnership networks to extend promotional reach. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics; optimize continuously for registration and attendance growth. Identify audience acquisition opportunities in key markets. Coordinate with sales and sponsorship teams to ensure consistent messaging and lead nurturing. Oversee creation of marketing collateral, digital assets, and promotional materials. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities in the GCC event space.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 3+ years of experience in event marketing, preferably in international or GCC markets. Proven track record of increasing event footfall through targeted marketing. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools including email marketing, social media advertising, Google Ads, CRM tools, and analytics platforms, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc. Excellent communication and project management skills. Understanding of cultural nuances and marketing behaviors within the GCC region is a strong plus. Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce). Complete event marketing, starting from campaign setup to successfully bringing the footfall in the event.
