Come build the future with us! An exciting opportunity has arisen for tenacious, creative and performance-orientated marketing leader to drive audience, sales, retention and growth for our portfolio of B2B exhibitions and conferences within the Dubai division of Informa Connect.
You will be responsible for developing go-to-market strategies and marketing campaigns, messaging and content to drive awareness and audience for your portfolio.
You will be responsible for the overall marketing strategy and execution of marketing programs that drive audience engagement and retain delegate attendance as well as demand for exhibition, sponsorship, and digital advertising for the event and related digital community
The ideal candidate will be extremely organized, metrics-driven with strong ownership and focus, and have a mastery level of copywriting along with a track record of using content marketing to drive audience, leads and revenue. This position requires extensive collaboration with sales, production and senior management.

Key responsibilities:
Hands on plan, budget and implement your own effective event marketing campaigns
Drive sponsorship and delegate revenue for your portfolio of events through all online and offline channels, with a key focus on digital channels by working closely with the digital marketing team.
Ensuring related websites are fully up to date with the latest content and key messaging is displayed throughout
Identify data acquisition strategy to grow the existing databases
Set up and management of media deals and suppliers to ensure maximum exposure at lowest cost to event budgets
Regularly review campaign analysis to ensure that the target ROI, response rate and CPA are achieved, and provide suggestions for testing and improvement of marketing activities in the future
Maintaining the marketing calendars for each event to ensure deliverables are met on time
Prepare KPI reports
Keep abreast and involved in projects across the other divisions in Informa Connect
Key Performance Indicators
Timelines are adhered to for all campaign activities
Revenue and GP targets are met
Audience targets are met
Grow new data

Qualifications
Knowledge and Experience Required for the Role
3-4 years B2B event marketing experience covering visitors, sponsor/exhibitor and delegate acquisition
Experience planning, developing and executing go-to-market strategic marketing plans with an ability to develop KPI\'s, roadmaps and resource allocation plans
Demonstrable experience in marketing campaign management and a proven ability to influence cross-functional team and business owners to prioritize work
Exceptional copywriting and content marketing skills
Excellent at leading and motivating teams, including leading marketing conversations and strategy with business partners
Exemplary organizational and prioritization skills - Project oriented with an attention to detail
Excellent collaboration and communication skills; written, verbal, presentation.
Experience in developing and managing multiple budget timelines and deadlines
Experience with Marketing Automation (Adestra, Eloqua), CRM database, GA, website optimization, organic and paid digital
