Event Manager
Job Description
- Responsible for planning and executing a wide range of events. They may work with clients to determine the ideal venue, theme, entertainment, etc., and they may also be in charge of managing all aspects of the event from start to finish.
- Must have strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.
-Be able to effectively manage large teams of people who are working on various aspects of the event at once.
- Working closely with clients to determine their needs and goals for an event.
- Coordinating all aspects of an event to ensure that it meets all requirements and deadlines.
-Resolving issues during an event by communicating with event staff, vendors, and clients.
- Managing budgets, timelines, and staff to ensure that events are successful.
- Developing promotional strategies for events such as advertising, social media campaigns, and public relations campaigns
-Maintaining contact with clients throughout the planning process to ensure that all goals are met.
- Experience in developing an event management plan and timeline on and off the ground.
- Ability to deliver a conceptual brief and coordination with the design department to develop a technical proposal followed by a commercial proposal in coordination with the procurement and production team. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED1.00 per month
