Chase Resourcing are delighted to announce we are recruiting for a Event Management Teacher for an Institute in the UAE

Role and Responsibilities of the Event Management Teacher;

• To teach Event Management based subjects to students who are on the Diploma and Higher Diploma Courses.
• Responsible for the delivery of the accredited curriculum.
• To assess students\' performance in accordance with the policies
• To ensure the quality of teaching and learning is maintained.
• Responsible for planning, managing and improving the learning of students.
• Working with other team members.
• To collaboration with Lead Teachers to implement and continually improve curriculum, teaching, learning and assessment strategies.
• To manage the learning of the students, maintaining records, collaborating with other teachers and promoting staff development in a pro-active manner.
• Responsible for planning and participating in professional development opportunities to further their own knowledge, skills and abilities.
• To manage all facilities and activities related to achieve student learning.
• To play a leadership role in role-modeling behavior, attitudes, and learning behaviors for students.
• Responsible for achieving the set learning outcomes in students, and therefore supervise all student activities and processes to ensure outcomes.
• To develop and maintain teaching materials and assist with program quality assurance processes.
• Teachers liaise with Student Counselors, as required.
• Communicate progress and performance to students and school management/administration.

Experience Required for the Event Management Teacher

• Minimum 3 years of relevant industrial experience or vocational teaching / training experience.
• Work experience in GCC Region or similar location
• Cultural awareness of area Education Requirements

Education for the Event Management Teacher

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Business; Logistics & Supply Chain Management; Civil/Structural/Industrial Engineering required.
• Teaching/Assessor Qualification (PGCE, PTLLS, DTLLS, Cert.Ed)
• Assessor and Internal Verifier awards
• Excellent oral and written English essential.
• IELTS 7 Academic for non-first language English speakers only
