is working with a leading company who are hiring an Event Director to be based in Abu Dhabi.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships through effective communication.
• Develop comprehensive event strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and meet their expectations.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate all requirements for events from concept to execution.
• Lead and mentor a team of event professional providing guidance, support, and ongoing development opportunities to ensure high performance and successful event execution.
• Manage execution of events ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Provide reports, analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of event management experience in the UAE.
• Proven track record of successfully executing large-scale events in the UAE.
• Proficiency in event management software and tools.
• Strong leadership, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours as required by event schedules.
