Job Description

We are looking for an Event Coordinator to join our team. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of our events, from conception to completion. This includes coordinating vendors, managing budgets and timelines, marketing events, and ensuring the smooth running of the event on the day. Candidate should have minimum 3 years' experience in the same field. Experience in analyzing drawings, production, and event setup is required. Auto CAD knowledge would be advantageous. Must have good communication skills and be able to join immediately. Candidates who meets the above requirement shall send their CV
