Event Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and organized Event Coordinator to join our team. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of our events, from conception to completion. This includes researching and selecting venues, coordinating vendors, managing budgets and timelines, marketing events, and ensuring the smooth running of the event on the day. Responsibilities: Research and select venues for events Coordinate vendors such as caterers, florists, photographers etc. Manage timelines and budgets for events Develop marketing plans for events Ensure all necessary permits are obtained Oversee event setup on the day of the event Supervise volunteers working at the event Monitor attendance and manage guest lists Respond to guest inquiries Provide post-event reporting and analysis Requirements: Minimum of 1 years experience in event coordination or planning Proven track record in successful event management Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast paced
