Role Overview

We are seeking a

Fixara Workshop & Activation Manager

with strong experience in

events, promotional gift items, laser engraving, and on?site activations

, combined with a

solid background in marketing, sales support, and client coordination

.

The ideal candidate is hands?on, creative, commercially aware, and capable of managing

end?to?end delivery

--from concept and costing to production, client interaction, and event execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesWorkshop & Production Management

Manage daily operations of the

Fixara workshop

, including fabrication, finishing, and branding of gift items. Oversee

laser engraving

, UV printing, vinyl application, and customization processes. Ensure quality, timelines, safety, and efficient use of materials and machinery.

Event Activations & On?Site Fixing

Plan and execute

live event activations

, pop?ups, and brand engagement activities. Lead

on?site fixing, setup, breakdown, and troubleshooting

during events and exhibitions. Coordinate tools, manpower, logistics, and materials for on?ground execution.

Gift Items & Activation Concepts

Develop

creative activation ideas

involving personalized gifts, live engraving, interactive experiences, and brand giveaways. Propose

cost?effective and innovative solutions

aligned with client objectives and budgets. Stay updated on

trends in promotional merchandise, experiential marketing, and event technologies

.

Marketing & Sales Support

Work closely with the

sales and marketing teams

to support proposals, presentations, and pitches. Assist in

pricing, costing, and supplier coordination

for gift items and activations. Contribute ideas for

upselling and cross?selling

activation add?ons and branded items.

Client Coordination

Act as a key point of contact for clients during

production and activation phases

. Manage client expectations, approvals, timelines, and last?minute changes. Attend client meetings, site visits, and rehearsal setups as required.

Vendors & Supply Chain

Source and negotiate with

suppliers, subcontractors, and material vendors

. Maintain inventory, consumables, and spare parts for workshop and events. Ensure timely procurement and cost control.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum

3+ years of experience

in

events, activations, promotional gifts, or exhibition support roles

. Proven hands?on experience with

laser engraving machines and workshop tools

. Background in

marketing, sales coordination, or client servicing

is mandatory. UAE market experience is a strong advantage.
