We are seeking an energetic and highly organised Event Coordinator to plan, execute, and manage branded events, exhibitions, and marketing activations. From international expos to in-store launches, you will play a key role in ensuring every event runs smoothly, looks exceptional, and leaves a lasting impression. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and understands the impact of immersive brand experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Logistics
Coordinate end-to-end logistics for events: from booking venues and managing vendors to organising shipments and setup teams.
Maintain event calendars and ensure timely execution in collaboration with the marketing, design, and sales teams.
Source, negotiate, and liaise with suppliers, booth fabricators, caterers, promoters, and technical teams.
Create and manage detailed event timelines, production schedules, and checklists.
Execution & On-Site Management
Ensure events are set up as per brand standards--overseeing stand layout, POS, sampling stations, and promotional zones.
Act as the main on-ground contact for the team, vendors, and venue staff during the event.
Troubleshoot any on-site issues and ensure seamless execution from start to finish.
Capture live content for social media teams, including behind-the-scenes, brand ambassador moments, and crowd interaction.
Stakeholder & Team Coordination
Liaise with brand ambassadors, sales teams, and influencers to coordinate their roles during events.
Support the HR or operations team in scheduling travel, accommodation, and staffing.
Work with the content and design teams to ensure all visuals, signage, and marketing materials are ready in advance.
Post-Event Analysis
Prepare post-event reports including photos, KPIs, leads generated, audience engagement, and lessons learned.
Collect feedback from internal stakeholders and visitors to improve future events.
Manage the inventory of promotional items, event equipment, and POS materials.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in event planning, exhibitions, trade shows, or brand activations.
Experience in managing events across the UK, EU, and/or Middle East preferred.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Flexibility to travel and work weekends or extended hours during event periods.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
