TIME: 4 PM ONWARDS LOCATION: IN5 TECH, DUBAI INTERNET CITY Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand event objectives, themes, and requirements. Develop and execute comprehensive event plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements. Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, and other event-related services. Coordinate vendor activities and oversee their performance during events. Create and distribute event invitations, manage RSVPs, and communicate event details to participants. Organise pre-event briefings and provide information to attendees as needed. Develop and manage event budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines. Provide regular updates on budget status and recommend cost-saving measures when necessary. Assist in the development of marketing materials and promotional strategies for events. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure effective promotion through various channels. Qualifications Proven experience as an Events Coordinator or in a similar role. Strong organisational and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Creativity and a passion for delivering exceptional event experiences. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in event management software and MS Office Suite. Knowledge of current trends and best practices in event planning. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED1.00 per month
