We are seeking a highly organized and creative

Event Coordinator

with strong hospitality and F&B background to plan and execute events across our restaurants, lounges, catering operations, and special promotions.

The role involves coordinating

private dining events, corporate bookings, parties, themed nights, live entertainment, brunches, openings, and VIP experiences

, ensuring exceptional guest service and seamless event operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage

end-to-end planning and execution

of in-house and external events Coordinate with

sales, operations, kitchen, bar, and marketing teams

Handle

guest inquiries, proposals, quotations, and bookings

Prepare

event orders (BEOs)

and communicate requirements to operations teams Arrange

entertainment, DJs, decor, AV, lighting and staging

when required Coordinate floor plans, seating charts, and table arrangements Manage

VIP guests and private event clients

Maintain vendor relationships for decor, entertainment, production, etc. Conduct post-event evaluation and cost analysis Support marketing team on

event promotions and social media content

Maintain event calendar and schedule Ensure events comply with

municipality and licensing requirements

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Events, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field

Minimum 2-3 years experience

in hospitality or events coordination Strong background in

restaurants, lounges, clubs, catering or hotels

Excellent communication and client-handling skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of event software is a plus UAE experience preferred

Preferred Experience

Steakhouse, sushi bar, lounge or nightlife venues Corporate event management Wedding or VIP event planning Pre-opening event setup and launch campaigns
