Solid experience in event management, including coordinating logistics, schedules, and technical requirements.
Experience working with performers, especially musicians, and handling on-site operations is essential.
Responsible for coordinating with musicians, managing their schedules, and ensuring all performance-related needs are met.

Oversee basic IT aspects of the event, including sound checks, equipment setup coordination, and troubleshooting technical issues in collaboration with the venue or tech team.
