Event Booth Promoters
to represent the brand at promotional events. The ideal candidates will engage with customers, promote Tamanna BNPL services, and ensure a strong brand presence at the event booth.

Key Responsibilities:
Represent Tamanna BNPL professionally at the event booth
Greet and interact with event visitors
Explain products and services clearly
Distribute promotional materials and manage inquiries
Maintain booth cleanliness and organization
Follow all dress code, conduct, and brand communication guidelines
Represent the company positively and consistently throughout the event
Follow company guidelines and event policies
Address customer questions, concerns, and objections clearly and confidently
Guide customers through the application, onboarding, or inquiry process as required
Ensure customers fully understand the product before proceeding
Act as the main connecting point between buyers and sellers during the event
Facilitate smooth communication and coordination between customers and merchants
Assist in clarifying transaction steps, payment flow, and responsibilities of each party
Ensure alignment between customer expectations and merchant offerings
Support the transaction journey from initial inquiry to final confirmation, where applicable
Identify and address customer or merchant issues promptly and professionally
Handle basic troubleshooting and clarifications within scope
Escalate complex issues to the event supervisor or designated Tamanna BNPL team
Ensure follow-ups are properly recorded and communicated
Ensure all communication is accurate, ethical, and compliant
Avoid misrepresentation of products, pricing, or terms
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
in Business Administration, Marketing, English, Communications, or related fields
Previous experience in promotions, events, or customer service is an advantage
Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English (Arabic is an added advantage)
Confident, presentable, and customer-focused
Ability to stand and interact with customers for extended hours
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Additional Requirements:
Must be available for a
3-month contract
Comfortable working in a public event environment
Asian and Arab nationalities only (as per event requirement)

Pay: Up to QAR3,000.00 per month
