Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or related field
8-12 years of experience
in event operations, preferably in luxury, corporate, or VIP events
Proven track record managing large-scale, high-profile, or premium events
Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Experience working with VIPs, UHNWI clients, government entities, or royal/private offices is an advantage
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and travel
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end event operations from concept approval through execution and post-event wrap-up
Manage logistics, timelines, budgets, and on-site operations for luxury and large-scale events
Coordinate with vendors, venues, designers, caterers, AV teams, security, and production partners
Ensure all events are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and guest experience
Oversee event staff, hosts, and operational teams before and during events
Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and contingency planning
Ensure seamless guest flow, VIP handling, and protocol management
Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion for high-profile and UHNWI clients
Monitor budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and control costs without compromising quality
Resolve operational issues swiftly and professionally during live events
Prepare post-event reports, evaluations, and improvement plans

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
