Ability to work independently and handle multiple showrooms if needed.
Evaluate the cleanliness, organization, and layout of the showroom.
Assess staff performance, professionalism, and product knowledge.
Monitor sales techniques and customer service interactions.
Check product displays, branding, and promotional materials for accuracy and appeal.
Identify gaps or issues and provide feedback to management.
Prepare detailed evaluation reports and suggest improvements.
Ensure the showroom follows company policies and quality standards.
Conduct mystery visits or surprise audits when required.
