European Head Mechanic

Salary: Up to 12.000 AED per month

Explanation:

We are looking for an experienced mechanic with a european background. Our garage is represented as a european garage, we solve problems in a european way, we communicatie in a european way and we deal with appointments in a european way.

The Head Mechanic has to take responsibility in a managing position on the workfloor.

You will have atleast 4 mechanics under you, you will have to scedule them into their job using our own simple and useful application, to make sure we can stick to our promises.

You will teach your knowledge to the mechanics so they will get better in time. The better you teach them, the less work you will have and you shall be rewarded more in time.

To be clear, this is not a full management position, no accountancy, paperworks, etc.

Your tasks within this function are the following:

-sceduling the staff of your working space including yourself in the system

-communication with the office management to keep up with the stock & scedule

-passing on your knowledge to the staff of your working floor

-working on cars, most likely the more difficult jobs which the regular mechanics cannot handle(yet)

We are looking for a motivated person who can cope with responsibility. As we grow, your role could grow aswell, depending on your effort.

We take care of our staff, 45 hour workweek, 2 days off, lunch together at the TD office with all staff, AC in the garage, clean and hygienic environment, etc. As we take care of our people in a correct way, we also have our demands, otherwise it will affect the whole system which causes us not being able to take care of what is needed for our staff, that is the reason why we require all of these demands.
