Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated ETP Operator for our food manufacturing facility to manage the effluent treatment process efficiently and ensure all wastewater is treated in compliance with environmental and food industry standards. The ideal candidate will maintain safe operations, conduct regular monitoring, and ensure proper functioning of all ETP equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) to treat wastewater generated from food production processes. Monitor and record parameters such as pH, BOD, COD, TSS, and TDS as per regulatory norms. Perform routine water testing and maintain logs to ensure treated water meets discharge standards. Handle sludge removal and disposal in compliance with waste management regulations. Conduct daily equipment checks on pumps, aerators, clarifiers, filters, and blowers. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene around the ETP area in line with food safety protocols. Follow all safety, hygiene, and GMP practices relevant to food manufacturing.
Working Conditions:
Shift-based work including weekends if required. Exposure to heat, noise, and chemicals; proper PPE must be worn. Must maintain hygiene and avoid cross-contamination as per food industry norms.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
