- Accomplishes department objectives by supervising staff and organizing and monitoring work processes.
- Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees and developing personal growth opportunities.
- Accomplishes staff job results by coaching, counseling,disciplining employees and Conducts training.
- Plans, monitors, and appraises job results.
- Implements and enforces systems, policies, and procedures.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Education: Must be Bachelors Degree
- Must have minimum 2 years of experience in supervisory
- Must know Oral/written in both English & Arabic & Amharic
- Computer Literate
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
