Job Title: Ethics & Compliance Contractor
Job Location: Abu Dhabi
Contract Duration: 6 months
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of relevant experience, UAE experience with a strong focus on these core areas: * Ethics Framework and Program including policy development, conflict of interest management, and oversight of declarations and disclosures;

Incident Management involving leading investigations, root cause analysis, and managing whistleblowing/reporting channels.
In addition, it would be highly beneficial if the candidate brings 12 years of experience in Data Privacy, including familiarity with DPIAs, third-party risk assessments, and data governance practices.
Broader exposure across other compliance domains such as Culture, Training and Awareness, Regulatory Compliance, and general compliance program implementation is also desirable.
