Job Description
- Checking tender documents & Drawings
- Develop Bill of Quantity & details for pricing
- Tender preparation & Submission process
- Product technical submittal preparation & Submission process
- Identify scope and prepare estimation based on drawings quantities and specifications
- Preparation of technical and commercial Proposals
- Coordinate with Technical Department and Projects Sales
- Maintains cost database by entering and backing up data
- Understanding drawings and Site technical issues
- Visiting sites to gather information needed
- Preparing drawing /sketches for approvals
- Meeting clients/customer explaining drawing & quote
- Maintaining local job /project records & data
- May perform other duties as directed
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- * How many years of Estimating experience do you have
- Sketch UP, 3 D, AutoCAD (Preferred)
