We're Hiring: Estimator (Interiors & Furniture)

We are looking for a skilled Estimator to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality interior, furniture, and turnkey projects. The right candidate will bring strong analytical skills, market knowledge, and the ability to prepare accurate, competitive, and profitable cost estimates.

Key Responsibilities:

Review drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.

Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, and subcontractors.

Coordinate with suppliers/vendors to obtain quotations.

Analyze price comparisons to select cost-effective solutions.

Prepare detailed quotation documents for client submission.

Collaborate with project managers/designers to align costs with design intent.

Maintain updated cost databases for materials and finishes.

Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and new materials.

Apply strong knowledge of fire-rated doors, frames, and fire regulations.

Work with tender documentation and contract preparation.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Interior Design, or related field.

2-5 years of UAE experience as an Estimator/Quantity Surveyor (interiors/furniture preferred).

Strong knowledge of joinery, modular furniture, and interior materials.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.

Excellent analytical, negotiation, and vendor management skills.

Detail-oriented and accurate.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Team player with excellent communication skills.
