Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced
Estimator
to join our prefab housing team. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for residential prefabricated homes, including materials, labor, transportation, and installation. The role requires a deep understanding of construction methods, prefabrication processes, and supply chain logistics to support pricing, bidding, and project planning.Key Responsibilities:
Analyze architectural drawings, engineering documents, and specifications to develop comprehensive estimates. Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and pricing for prefab housing components (walls, panels, MEP modules, etc.). Coordinate with design, manufacturing, procurement, and construction teams to ensure estimates reflect actual production capabilities and site conditions. Solicit and evaluate quotes from suppliers and subcontractors. Build and maintain cost databases for prefabricated components and labor. Identify risks and opportunities within the scope of the project that may affect cost. Participate in value engineering and cost-saving proposals. Support project managers and sales team with pricing, proposals, and budget analysis. Maintain and update estimating software and tools.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
