Key Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates and budgets for projects.
Evaluate and interpret project drawings, specifications, and documents.
Prepare and review Bill of Quantities (BOQs).
Analyze subcontractor/supplier quotes and negotiate pricing.
Track project costs and prepare regular reports.
Support tendering and bidding processes.
Assist with value engineering and cost-saving strategies.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor.
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Strong knowledge of estimating software and MS Office.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Must hold a valid own/residence visa (Freelance/Spouse/Investor, etc.).
Preferred:
UAE experience in Gypsum Contracting, fit-out or construction companies.
Familiarity with local market prices and suppliers.
