Key Responsibilities
Manage
quantity take-offs, cost estimates, payment certifications, and cost forecasts
from tender stage to project completion
Perform
quantity take-offs
as per approved methods of measurement from drawings for subcontractor evaluation, client payment applications, and material procurement
Prepare and submit
monthly payment applications
to clients
Prepare, price, and submit
variation orders
for client approval
Prepare
Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
in line with drawings and project specifications
Develop
new rates
for non-tender and additional scope items
Prepare
subcontractor packages
for specialized scopes of work
Float enquiries to suppliers and manufacturers and conduct
technical and commercial evaluations
Finalize subcontractors within approved project budgets
Prepare
payment certificates, variation orders, and final accounts
based on executed work
Forecast and monitor project costs to ensure all stages remain within approved budgets
Prepare
cash flow forecasts
for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
Prepare
monthly progress and cost reports
for management review
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum
3 years of proven experience
in landscaping projects or similar construction roles
Strong experience in
quantity take-offs
(mandatory)
Familiarity with
project management processes
Hands-on experience with
MS Office and MS Excel
Strong typing, editing, and
data organization skills
High level of
attention to detail and accuracy
Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
