Job Description
As an Estimator at our joinery factory in Dubai, UAE, you will be responsible for accurately estimating the cost of projects and providing detailed proposals to our clients. You will work closely with the sales and production teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in estimating within the joinery or construction industry.

- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop detailed project proposals
- Prepare and submit bid packages to clients, including cost breakdowns, material quantities, and labor estimates
- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain pricing for materials and equipment
- Analyze project costs and identify areas for cost savings and value engineering
- Attend project meetings and provide support to the production team throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Track and monitor project costs to ensure adherence to budget
- Prepare and present project cost reports to management and clients
- Stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and best practices in estimating
- Strong knowledge of joinery materials, techniques, and processes
- Proficiency in using estimating software and tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret project drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
