Estimator

preferably from Fit out / Exhibitions / Advertising / Signages Industry to join our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare BOQs and cost estimates based on concept designs, sketches, and specifications. Collaborate with Production Team and Project Managers to ensure accurate estimates and project feasibility. Identify and liaise with local suppliers and vendors to source materials required for project execution. Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost-efficiency, delivery timelines, and reliability. Monitor and manage vendor relationships, resolving issues promptly and maintaining professional partnerships. Ensure all cost estimates comply with Dubai's local regulations, industry standards, and best practices. Analyze project documents and proposals to accurately determine labor, material, and time requirements. Prepare and submit detailed quotations and cost breakdowns for proposed work. Support procurement activities and bidding processes for securing new contracts. Track and monitor costs throughout the project lifecycle to maintain budget adherence.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the UAE or GCC within the Advertising, Exhibitions, Signage, or Interior Fit-Out industries. Proven experience in local sourcing and procurement of raw materials. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) is required. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Detail-oriented and capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Strong analytical and negotiation skills to secure the best pricing from vendors and contractors. Immediate joiners preferred.
