We are a leading Display Solutions, Signage, Exhibition, and Graphics Production company based in Dubai Production City. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive and dynamic

Estimator

preferably from Fit out / Exhibitions / Advertising / Signages Industry to join our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare BOQs and cost estimates based on concept designs, sketches, and specifications. Collaborate closely with the Production Team and Project Managers to ensure accurate estimates and feasibility. Identify and liaise with local suppliers and vendors for project materials. Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost-efficiency, and reliability. Monitor and manage vendor relationships, addressing issues promptly and professionally. Ensure all cost estimates comply with local regulations, industry standards, and best practices in Dubai. Analyze proposals and project documents to determine labor, material, and time requirements. Submit detailed quotations and cost breakdowns for proposed work. Support procurement efforts and bidding processes for new contracts. Track and monitor costs throughout the project lifecycle to maintain budget adherence.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the UAE or GCC within the Advertising, Exhibitions, Signage, or Interior Fit-Out industries. Proven experience in local sourcing and procurement of raw materials. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) is required. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Detail-oriented and capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Strong analytical and negotiation skills to secure the best pricing from vendors and contractors. Immediate joiners preferred.
