Job Description
. Ensure completeness of documents and drawings required for the tender
- Study all aspects related to the tender
- Conduct a quantity take off to verify bills or quantify the works
- Pre-tender negotiations with major suppliers and subcontractors
- Preparation of all documents in accordance with the procedures for tender submission
- Send out enquiries for pricing
- Addressing queries to the consultant for the clarification of any ambiguities/ passing on information to the subcontractors & suppliers where necessary.
- Conduct pre-tender site visit
- Preparing rate built up of rates and prices for review by Senior
- Update pricing database and monitor productivities and ensure the project is executed as per budget.
- Preparing bid summaries with technical and price comparison.

- Are you from Bachelor degree in Engineering or architecture/QS Background ?
