Study all aspects related to the tender
Conduct a quantity take off to verify bills or quantify the works
Pre-tender negotiations with major suppliers and subcontractors
Preparation of all documents in accordance with the procedures for tender submission
Send out enquiries for pricing
Addressing queries to the consultant for the clarification of any ambiguities/ passing on information to the subcontractors & suppliers where necessary.
Conduct pre-tender site visit
Preparing rate built up of rates and prices for review by Senior
Update pricing database and monitor productivities and ensure the project is executed as per budget.
Preparing bid summaries with technical and price comparison.
