eam. ! As an Estimator, you will play a critical role in preparing accurate cost estimates and ensuring smooth project execution, while also providing excellent customer service and coordination throughout the sales and delivery process.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials such as porcelain tiles and washbasins. Prepare and send quotations to clients based on project requirements. Interact with clients to answer questions, clarify specifications, and guide them in selecting appropriate materials for their designs. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional advice and maintaining prompt, clear communication. Coordinate with subcontractors, delivery, and fitting teams to ensure timely execution and adherence to company standards. Review tender documents, specifications, and drawings to develop accurate estimates. Work closely with engineers and subcontractors to gather necessary information for costing. Assist in evaluating and managing cost variations during project execution. Analyze historical data and market trends to support accurate pricing strategies. Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience as an Estimator in the UAE, preferably within the construction or civil engineering sector. Strong knowledge of cost estimating tools and software. Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings and specifications. Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines. Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
