Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates for fit-out, renovation, and technical services projects
Analyze drawings, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents
Conduct material take-offs and labor cost calculations
Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
Prepare tender submissions and variation pricing
Monitor project costs and assist in budget control when required
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Estimator in fit-outs, renovation, or technical services
Strong knowledge of MEP, civil, and interior fit-out works
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
Proficient in MS Excel and estimation software
Good negotiation and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail and time management
UAE experience is preferred
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
Minimum 2-5 years relevant experience
