We are looking for a talented Estimation Engineer to join our dynamic team with interior and fitout turkey project experience. You'll transform design concepts into precise, cost-efficient project estimates, collaborating closely with our sales and production teams to deliver world class solutions for global luxury brands.
Key Responsibilities
Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs to prepare detailed cost estimates for joinery and fit-out works.
Analyze material, labor, production capacity, and subcontracting requirements to develop accurate cost breakdowns.
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations and ensure accurate pricing.
Maintain updated knowledge of market rates for joinery raw materials, finishes, hardware, and labor.
Support senior management during tender clarifications, negotiations, and client presentations.
Ensure timely submission of bids and prepare comprehensive handover documentation for the operations and production teams.
Monitor cost performance and assist in post-tender evaluations as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
Proficiency in estimation software, MS Office (Excel & Word), and AutoCAD.
Excellent analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills.
