Role Overview

We are seeking a highly accurate and detail-driven Estimator with solid experience in interior fit-out and retail project estimation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing competitive, accurate, and comprehensive cost estimates that support project execution and tender success.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial, residential, and retail fit-out projects. Review drawings, BOQs, material specifications, and project scopes to determine accurate quantities. Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare pricing sheets with full breakdowns. Gather competitive quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. Analyze project risks, propose value engineering solutions, and optimize pricing. Prepare tender documentation, cost summaries, and commercial submissions. Coordinate closely with the design, project, and procurement departments. Ensure all estimates meet company standards, client requirements, and deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 3-5 years' experience as an Estimator in Fit-Out / Interiors (UAE experience preferred). Strong knowledge of joinery works partitions, ceilings, flooring, finishes, and MEP interface in fit-out. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation tools. Excellent numerical, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills. Strong communication and vendor negotiation abilities. Experience in retail fit-out projects will be a strong advantage and given priority.
