We are currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented Estimator cum Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for interior decoration projects, including materials, labor, and timeframes. Coordinate with clients, designers, and suppliers to gather necessary project information. Assist in the preparation of project bids and tenders, ensuring all documents are accurate and submitted on time. Manage project timelines and ensure all tasks are completed within the agreed schedule. Monitor project budgets and expenses, providing regular updates to management. Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any project-related issues. Maintain detailed records of all estimates, contracts, and communications. Attend site visits to assess project requirements and provide technical support as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Estimator or in a similar role within the interior decoration or construction industry for 2 years. Strong understanding of interior decoration materials, processes, and cost structures. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, suppliers, and team members. Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
