, a growing interior fit-out company in Dubai, is seeking an experienced and detail-orientedFit-Out Estimator
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in commercial interior fit-out estimation and excellent proficiency in PlanSwift, CAD, and Excel.Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate
cost estimates
,BOQs
, andtender submissions
for interior fit-out projects. Analyzetender drawings
,specifications
, and project requirements for complete and precise pricing. Performquantity take-offs
using PlanSwift. Source, review, and evaluatesupplier
andsubcontractor quotations
. Coordinate with theProject
,Design
, andProcurement
teams regarding cost, materials, and technical clarifications. Ensure estimates reflect current market prices, materials, and labor rates.Requirements
5-7 years UAE experience
in interior fit-out estimation. Strong proficiency inPlanSwift
,AutoCAD
, andMicrosoft Excel
. In-depth knowledge offit-out materials
,joinery
, andmarket rates
. Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
