Job Description

FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITY

1. Received Enquiries.

2. Check, verify & review all documents, specifications, shop drawings, BOQ.

3. If there is no BOQ, prepare BOQ form the tender drawings.

4. Submittal of cost estimation

5. Preparation of Cost breakdown

6. Cost Analysis

7. Preparation of Quotation for submission incorporates with GM/GM in charge with all qualifications, Conditions, Exclusions etc.

8. For awarded projects, make comparison with shop drawing & Tender drawing for finding out variations.

9. If the variation is due to the design changes from the tender stage drawing, Submit variation claims for extra over cost. (It should be incorporation with Design and Project Managers).

10. Keep cool relationship with colleagues for the overall healthy atmosphere of the entire firm.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

1. Familiar with ID drawings and its specifications.

2. Awareness about the materials, i.e. about the usage, strength & aesthetical qualities.

3. Awareness about the standard sizes of materials available in the market.

4. Awareness about the factory machines and its time consumption for different types of works.

5. Awareness about the market rates.

6. Conversant with Excel, AutoCAD, Word, Outlook

7. Flexible and can work with less supervision

8. Adherence to working instructions and procedures in accordance with the company's Integrated Management System Policy.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Working conditions are normal for an office / factory environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED15,000.00 per month
