As a

Design Estimator

, you will be responsible for analyzing and preparing cost estimates for various design projects. You will work closely with project managers, designers, and clients to ensure that each project is accurately priced and meets budgetary requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are cost-effective while maintaining the integrity and creativity of the design.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and material take-offs. Analyze drawings, specifications, and vendor quotations. Support tender submissions, budgeting, and value engineering. Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 1 year of UAE experience as a Design Estimator, Cost Estimator, or similar role within the construction or design industry. Strong knowledge of design processes, materials, and construction methods. Proficiency in estimation software and tools (e.g., ProEst, Buildertrend, etc.). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
