Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Review architectural and technical drawings to prepare accurate cost estimates. Prepare detailed bills of quantities (BOQs) and cost breakdowns for materials, labor, and overheads. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing. Produce tenders, quotations, and budgets within deadlines. Identify value engineering opportunities and alternative materials/methods. Work closely with project managers, production, and design teams to ensure estimates align with production capabilities. Track and analyze project costs, variations, and profitability. Maintain and update cost databases and pricing libraries. Attend client meetings, site visits, and tender interviews when required. Ensure all estimates comply with company policies and quality standards.
Min - 3 Year of UAE experience in Joinery
