Job Summary:

The Fit-Out Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for interior fit-out projects, including commercial, residential, and retail spaces. The role involves analyzing project drawings, specifications, and scope of work to ensure competitive and profitable bids while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Review project drawings, specifications, and other tender documents to prepare accurate cost estimates. Quantify materials, labor, and equipment required for fit-out works. Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities), cost plans, and estimates. Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to obtain quotations and verify costs. Assess and identify project risks, contingencies, and potential cost-saving measures. Coordinate with the design and project teams to clarify project requirements and ensure accurate pricing. Prepare and submit competitive tender proposals within deadlines. Maintain an updated database of costs, material rates, and subcontractor pricing. Assist in project budget tracking and cost control during execution, if required. Support management in commercial negotiations and contract review.
Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any related field. Proven experience in MEP estimation within the fit-out industry. Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, and construction techniques. Proficiency in estimation software. Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines. Effective communication and negotiation skills. Language: Proficiency in English & Hindi

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
