Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Estimator

with experience in the

Exhibitions, Retail Display Solutions, Visual Merchandising, Signage, or Fit-Out industry

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, managing supplier quotations, and supporting project budgeting and bidding processes.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare BOQs and cost estimates based on concept designs, sketches, and specifications. Collaborate with production and project teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy. Source and evaluate quotations from local suppliers and subcontractors. Analyze labor, material, and time requirements for signage and display projects. Submit detailed quotations and cost breakdowns for client proposals. Track and monitor costs throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain a database of supplier pricing and historical cost data. Support procurement and tendering processes.
Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field. Minimum

1 years of UAE experience in Estimation within the Advertising, Exhibitions, Signage, or Fit-Out sectors.

Strong knowledge of materials used in Exhibitions, signage, Retail displays, and visual merchandising. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word). Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills

Familiarity with large format printing, wood fabrication , metal fabrication, acrylic fabrication, LED signage, and exhibition setups. Experience in vendor management and local sourcing. Knowledge of UAE market pricing and regulations.
