Vacancy:

AED 7,000 - 15,000 (UAE or GCC - Experience)Requirements:
Minimum 4-10 years of UAE experience in Construction/Interiors (Estimator role). Strong knowledge of interior fit-out, materials, and market pricing. Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

Meet clients to understand requirements, specifications, and budgets. Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and project timelines. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure cost control. Review drawings, layouts, and material selections for estimation. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and building standards. Provide cost-saving solutions and value engineering where required. Stay updated with the latest market trends, design innovations, and materials.
Working Hours:
8 hours + 1-hour break + overtimeBenefits:
