Estimator (Construction)
:
We are currently hiring a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator to join our team in the construction industry immediately. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing cost estimates and supporting project planning, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in tender submissions and project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects. Analyze project drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates. Coordinate with procurement and engineering teams to gather necessary cost information. Track and manage tender submissions and follow up on ongoing bids. Maintain a database of costs, materials, and suppliers for future projects. Support senior estimators and project managers in planning and budgeting.
Requirements:
Strong numerical and analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant estimating software. Good communication and organizational skills.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
