Estimators

to join our dynamic team.

:

Collaborate with project teams to analyze plans, specifications, and requirements for accurate cost estimation. Assist in preparing detailed project cost estimates including labor, materials, and equipment. Evaluate project risks and uncertainties and their potential impact on budgets. Apply knowledge of local regulations, industry standards, and best practices in cost estimation within the UAE/GCC market. Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and estimates based on concept sketches and detailed proposals. Work closely with the production team to ensure alignment of cost and project execution. Research and negotiate with suppliers, contractors, and vendors to secure competitive pricing within set timelines. Prepare and submit quotations and detailed cost breakdowns for projects and bids. Monitor project costs at various stages to ensure adherence to budget estimates. Assist with bid preparation and support procurement activities as needed.
Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Estimator in advertising, printing, graphics, signage, or related production industries within the UAE/GCC region. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills. High attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Excellent negotiation and analytical abilities. Immediate joiners preferred.
