, is looking for an experienced

Bodyshop Estimator

to join our growing team in Dubai. As a key player in our high-end automotive bodyshop, you will be responsible for delivering accurate damage assessments, preparing precise repair estimates, and ensuring full compliance with local and international automotive regulations. This role plays a crucial part in upholding our reputation for excellence and quality service.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to assess damage and determine repair requirements. Develop detailed and accurate cost estimates for parts, labor, and approval processes. Stay current with local and international automotive regulations, technical standards, and certification requirements. Prepare and maintain complete documentation for regulatory approvals and certifications. Collaborate with external testing laboratories, certification agencies, and third-party service providers. Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with approval and testing vendors. Conduct internal audits to monitor compliance and implement corrective actions as needed. Provide guidance on design modifications to meet approval standards and enhance repair quality.

Candidate Profile

3-5 years of experience as an estimator in the automotive bodyshop sector. Strong understanding of vehicle parts, repair processes, and cost estimation tools. Familiarity with local and international automotive regulations and certification requirements. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office. UAE experience preferred; immediate availability is a plus.
