Urgent Hiring: Estimator - Signage, Exhibitions & Display Solutions

We are a well-established company with over 18 years of experience in the Graphics, Signage, and Display Solutions industry, with offices in both Dubai and Florida. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator to join our team. Role Overview

As an Estimator, your primary responsibility will be preparing BOQs and cost estimates for custom-built display stands, kiosks, exhibition booths, and similar structures made from materials like wood, acrylic, metal, LED lighting, and more. A strong understanding of production processes, materials, electrical components, and finishing techniques is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare precise BOQs and cost estimates based on concept sketches, technical drawings, and specifications. Work closely with the production and design teams to collect project details and ensure cost-efficient solutions. Analyze project needs to determine labor, materials, equipment, and time requirements. Obtain competitive quotes from suppliers and contractors within specified timelines. Research the costs of materials, transportation, labor, and other components. Establish and maintain solid relationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors. Assist in the bidding process for new contracts and support procurement activities. Monitor ongoing project costs to ensure budget compliance during execution. Prepare and submit comprehensive quotations and cost breakdowns for client approval.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field. Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor in the Signage, Exhibition, Interior Fit-Out, or Advertising industry. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential. Strong command of MS Excel, Word, and estimating software/tools. Excellent negotiation and analytical skills to ensure the best pricing. High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
